Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
Cauliflower Bites
1 head of cauliflower, broken into individual florets
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp dried parsley
2 cups crispy onions (I use the French's brand)
Buffalo Sauce
1 cup Franks Hot Buffalo Sauce (or any other brand of your choice)
1 and 1/2 sticks vegan butter (such as Earth Balance)
Additional Toppings

Parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
2. Put the parsley, nutritional yeast, crispy onions, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, cumin, and turmeric into a food processor and blend until the crispy onions are broken apart into very tiny pieces. Set aside in a bowl.
3. Pour the flour and the coconut milk into a separate bowl and whisk until smooth.
4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
5. Dip each cauliflower floret into the flour/milk mixture then into the seasoning/crispy onion mixture and then place on the baking sheet.
6. Bake the cauliflower for 35 minutes (flipping halfway)
7. Put the buffalo sauce and butter into a saucepan and warm on medium/low heat for 7 minutes, stirring often.
8. Once the cauliflower bites are taken out of the oven, let them cool for 10 minutes then combine them along with the sauce in a big bowl and toss.
9. Enjoy with vegan ranch and parsley sprinkled on top (optional) :-)
