Antioxidant Mango Smoothie
What better way to start off your morning than to enjoy a yummy mango smoothie filled with ingredients good for the body? This smoothie recipe consists of mango, turmeric, cinnamon, and chia seeds which are all rich in antioxidants. Of course the smoothie includes banana and orange which both are loaded with essential vitamins and minerals.
I absolutely love using coconut milk as the liquid in my smoothie as it doesn't have an overpowering taste and the consistency is perfect! Below you will find my favorite brand of coconut milk along with the brands of turmeric, chia seeds, and cinnamon I currently use. Of course, any brand of these ingredients will work just as well :-)
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 3/4-1 cup coconut milk (Adjust depending on how thick you would like your smoothie)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- sprinkle of cinnamon
**Blender needed**
Instructions
1. Throw all of the ingredients into a blender , minus the cinnamon.
2. Once fully blended, pour into a glass and sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on top. ENJOY :-)
