Wheatgrass Smoothie
For those of you who aren't too fond of the taste of wheatgrass or even doing the occasional wheatgrass shot, this smoothie is for you :-) I am big on fruity tasting smoothies so I knew I needed to figure out a way to mask that overpowering wheatgrass taste with something a bit more sweet. You can never go wrong adding those fruits from the infamous yellow fruit group to sweeten up a smoothie. I recently bought the wheatgrass powder in the photo below from Amazon. I had always wanted to somehow incorporate wheatgrass into my diet as there are several wonderful health benefits that come from this plant.
